  1. Service Agreement: By engaging our detailing and modification services at 786 Motorsports, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the client) and 786 Motorsports.

  2. Pricing and Payment: All pricing for our services will be provided upfront and is subject to change at the discretion of 786 Motorsports. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, or other agreed-upon methods.

  3. Appointment Scheduling: To ensure timely service, we encourage clients to schedule appointments in advance. While we strive to accommodate all requests, scheduling availability is subject to change based on factors such as technician availability, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

  5. Vehicle Condition: The client is responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in a suitable condition for detailing and modification services. It is important to inform us of any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or sensitivities (such as allergies) related to the vehicle.

  6. Liability: While we take utmost care in performing our services, 786 Motorsports will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may occur during or after the detailing or modification process. This includes, but is not limited to, damages to the vehicle, personal belongings, or any third-party property.

  7. Warranty: We take pride in the quality of our workmanship and stand behind our services. However, we do not provide warranty coverage for damages or issues that may arise due to factors beyond our control, such as improper vehicle maintenance, accidents, or misuse.

  8. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their vehicle, including any special requests, preferences, or concerns. It is the client’s responsibility to remove any valuable or personal items from the vehicle before our technicians begin the service.

  9. Modification Services: For modification services, clients must comply with local laws, regulations, and restrictions. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any modifications performed are legal and do not violate any warranties or agreements with the vehicle manufacturer.

  10. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will not disclose or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  11. Amendments: 786 Motorsports reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to the client.
